At WorkFlex, we understand the importance of tailoring access rights for HR teams, especially when managing multiple entities within your organization. This feature allows you to assign specific rights to HR Admins, ensuring they only access the data they need while keeping sensitive information secure.

Role management in WorkFlex:

  1. Global HR admin role:

    • The Super Admin role has full access to all employee data and requests across all entities within your organization.

    • Super Admins can view, manage, and process employee records and requests for any entity, providing an overarching view and control across the entire organization.

  2. HR admin role:

    • HR Admins are assigned to specific entities and only have access to the employees and requests relevant to their assigned entity.

    • This ensures that HR Admins only work with the teams they manage, preventing access to data from other entities within the organization.

How entity-specific rights benefit you:

By limiting access based on entity-specific roles, you can enhance data privacy and streamline your HR workflows. This setup helps you:

  • Ensure HR Admins focus only on the employees and requests relevant to their responsibility.

  • Strengthen data security by controlling who has access to sensitive employee information.

  • Improve operational efficiency by reducing the potential for errors or data mismanagement across different entities.

How to get entity-specific rights enabled:

If this function suits your organizational needs, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. They can assist in getting this feature activated within your WorkFlex profile and guide you on how to configure HR Admin access for different entities.
