Role management in WorkFlex:
Global HR admin role:
The Super Admin role has full access to all employee data and requests across all entities within your organization.
Super Admins can view, manage, and process employee records and requests for any entity, providing an overarching view and control across the entire organization.
HR admin role:
HR Admins are assigned to specific entities and only have access to the employees and requests relevant to their assigned entity.
This ensures that HR Admins only work with the teams they manage, preventing access to data from other entities within the organization.

Assign group(s) to the responsible HR admin:

Different entities β Different solutions
As a global HR admin, you can customize solutions for different entities within your organization.
For example:
Entity X and Entity Y can have access to business trips.
Workations can be limited to Entity X only.
This customization will affect both employees and HR admins assigned to these entities.
Following the previous example, for Entity X:
Employees can submit both business trips and workations.
HR admins that are assigned for entity X will have access to both business trips and workations.
For Entity Y:
Employees can only submit business trips.
HR admins that are assigned for entity Y will only have access to business trips.
