This tutorial will guide you through the process of seamlessly
integrating Okta with the WorkFlex app.
1. Access the Admin View
Begin by switching to the Admin View.
2. Navigate to Applications
On the left-hand menu, go to “Applications”, then select “Applications” again.
3. Add a New App
Create a new App Integration by clicking the “Create App Integration” button.
4. Select App Type
Choose "OIDC - OpenID Connect" and select "Web Application".
Proceed by clicking "Next".
5. Configure App Integration
Assign a name (e.g., “WorkFlex”) and upload a logo for the App Integration.
6. Set Redirect URIs
Define the Sign-In redirect URI with the provided link.
Set the Sign-Out redirect URI to: https://app.getworkflex.com/login
7. Access Permissions
In the Assignments and Controlled Access section, enable "Allow everyone in your organization to access".
8. Last Step: Share Credentials Securely
Send the Client ID, Client Secret and Okta-Org-ID to WorkFlex through a secure channel (e.g., One-Time-Link, encrypted email or SMS).
Your Okta-Org-ID can be found in the URL used for Okta. For example “https://workflex.okta-emea.com/” or “https://workflex.okta.com/” or if you have a custom SSO domain, “https://sso.getworkflex.com/"
