The Assignment Task Tracker helps HR teams, employees, and other stakeholders keep full visibility over all required to-dos throughout an international assignment. Tasks are structured by assignment phase and managed in one central platform, ensuring clarity and accountability at every step.

What is the Assignment Task Tracker?

The Task Tracker provides a phase-based task overview for each assignment, allowing all involved parties to:

  • See what needs to be done

  • Understand who is responsible

  • Track progress in real time

  • Work from a single source of truth

Each assignment phase comes with a predefined default task list created by the Compliance & Research Center (CRC), covering the most common use cases.

Tasks can be fully customized by HR if needed.


How can HR teams use the Task Tracker?

HRs can:

  • Create, edit, and delete tasks

  • Assign tasks to employees or other internal users

  • Set due dates

  • Add custom titles and descriptions

  • Mark tasks as completed
