Example assignee view in WorkFlex
The following view shows the assignee perspective in the WorkFlex platform. assignee can see an overview of their assignment, current status, assigned tasks, as well as relevant documents and information.
What Does That Mean for HR?
After you confirm an assignment:
The assignee automatically gets access to their assignment
Information is shared securely and centrally
Tasks, documents, and communication are managed in one place
This reduces manual coordination and follow-up questions.
What Can the Assignee See?
Assignees can see only what is relevant to their assignment, including:
Assignment overview & status
Task Tracker: Tasks assigned to them, with clear progress tracking
Documents: Relevant compliance documents (e.g. A1, PWD, Work Permit, Visa)
Secure document upload for required documents
Health & Security briefings, country guides, and a 24/7 emergency hotline
Smart travel calendar (if enabled)
What Can the Assignee Not See or Do?
Assignees cannot:
See other employees or assignments
Access company-level data or reports
Change assignment details
See balance sheet, assignment compliance assessment, cost projection nor full task tracker; the assignee only sees tasks assigned to him or her
-> Documents can be safely shared by HR, but by standard, expats only see documents like A1, PWD, visa documents and others
Why Should Assignees Use the WorkFlex Platform?
One central place for tasks, documents, and updates
Clear expectations and fewer uncertainties
Secure access to compliance and safety information
24/7 support while abroad
