This guide will assist HR Admins in modifying employee instructions while adhering to our template tied to liability conditions. Changes are permitted for design purposes or to add company-specific instructions. It’s important to note that once updated, the new instructions will be received by employees when a trip gets fully approved. Trips approved prior to the update will continue to display the former instructions.
How it works:
Go to
Company settings
.Select
Company policy
.Scroll down to the Employee instructions part
Download the word document named "WorkFlex - Employee instructions".
a) Edit the Word template as needed. Ensure that the core content is not altered.
b) If parts of the template are modified or removed, obtain approval through your Customer Success Manager.
After making changes, upload your amended document in PDF format.
Click
Save
to finalize and save the changes.
Important Note:
Modifications should comply with the foundational guidelines provided in the WorkFlex template to maintain legal integrity and consistency across the company. HR Admins must ensure that all changes meet these standards before implementation.
