Before we can take your account live in WorkFlex, we need to make sure you have prepared and uploaded / updated all the necessary documents. Below is a list of the two most important documents required to go live with Workation:
Company policy (terms and conditions for Workations, along with business travel instructions if desired)
Employee instructions (guidelines and emergency contacts for employees during their workation)

Once you have finalized both documents, generate a PDF for each. Then, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Company Settings > Company Documents.
2. If the default template is still uploaded, remove it by clicking the trash icon.

3. Upload your finalized document by clicking Upload and choose the specific PDF.
4. As a final step, don't forget to click Save to apply your changes.
How to change documents
In case of any adjustments to the company policy or employee instructions, you can delete the existing document as described above and upload the updated version. If your account is already live, employees will be prompted to accept the new policy or documents again after the changes are made.
