Activate your account
You’ll receive an email from your employer inviting you to join WorkFlex. Click the “Create your account” button in the email to get started. This will take you to the WorkFlex login page. For users using Single Sign-On (SSO), after clicking the email link, you will be guided to the SSO login process where you will authenticate using your corporate credentials.
Open the invitation email sent to your registered email address.
Click the invitation link in the email.
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your email address.
Continue to the SSO page and log in using your corporate credentials.
Depending on how your company has set up authentication, you will either:
Be prompted to create a password, or
Be redirected to log in via Single Sign-On (SSO). When redirected, you will input your corporate email and be guided to your organization's SSO portal to authenticate securely.
Once your login is set up, you’re ready to access the platform.
Fill out your profile
After logging in for the first time, you’ll be asked to complete your user profile. This includes information such as:
Personal details
Residential address
Job information
Existing travel documents (e.g. valid visas)
Your profile must be fully completed before you can start using WorkFlex to request trips or work from abroad.
You can update your profile at any time by navigating to your Profile by clicking on your name in the bottom-left corner.
