First steps to set up your account

How do I activate my account and complete my profile?

Activate your account

You’ll receive an email from your employer inviting you to join WorkFlex. Click the “Create your account” button in the email to get started. This will take you to the WorkFlex login page.

Depending on how your company has set up authentication, you will either:

  • Be prompted to create a password, or

  • Be redirected to log in via Single Sign-On (SSO).

Once your login is set up, you’re ready to access the platform.

Fill out your profile

After logging in for the first time, you’ll be asked to complete your user profile. This includes information such as:

  • Personal details

  • Residential address

  • Job information

  • Existing travel documents (e.g. valid visas)

Your profile must be fully completed before you can start using WorkFlex to request trips or work from abroad.

You can update your profile at any time by navigating to your Profile by clicking on your name in the bottom-left corner.
