Note: If you cannot see the health insurance certificate on the platform, it means that your employer has not acquired the WorkFlex health insurance.
If you've incurred medical expenses during your trip and need to submit invoices for reimbursement, follow these simple steps using the WorkFlex platform. The process is straightforward and ensures that you receive your reimbursement quickly and efficiently. Here’s how to get started:
Download your health insurance certificate
Sign in to your WorkFlex profile and navigate to the trip during which you incurred the medical costs.
Download your travel health insurance certificate:
Scan the QR Code for GlobalHealthPlan app
On your insurance certificate, you’ll find a QR code. Scan this code to download the GlobalHealthPlan app to your device.
Sign In to the app
Open the GlobalHealthPlan app and choose “Continue with Code.”
Insert the 4-digit code provided on your WorkFlex Health Insurance Certificate along with your personal details to log in.
Navigate to the Emergency page
navigate to the emergency page by clicking on the Emergency Icon in the bottom left corner. Then, click on the left-facing arrow (back icon):
Submit your invoices
On the next page, click “Submit invoices.”
This will redirect you to the Hallesche website for the reimbursement process.
Fill in your personal information
Scroll down and fill in all the required personal details, including your trip details and the reimbursement amount.
Upload your medical invoices
After entering the necessary information, you’ll be prompted to upload your medical invoices. Choose the files you wish to submit.
Provide bank account details
Enter the bank account details where you would like to receive the reimbursement.
Finally, click "Continue" and follow the website’s instructions until you receive the confirmation that your claim has been submitted.
Note: If you were asked about your insurance number/insurance code, this is the 4-digit code provided on your health insurance certificate.
The processing time as per the Hallesche health insurance provider can take up to 21 business days.
