1. Downloading a report of all submitted requests
Downloading reports on submitted requests for workations and business trips allows you to export all related data into a csv file. This feature is particularly useful for creating customized reports based on the data collected through trip submissions.
How to download:
Navigate to the "
Requests
" section in the menu.If you have both workation and business trip options activated, select the section for which you want to download the report.
Click on the "
Download
" button located in the right corner to generate the csv file.The file will automatically be saved to your download folder, depending on your browser settings.
Filters:
To filter your reports, you can use the quick filters options for workations or business travels:
Or simply click on the Filter button for a more customized filters.
This will open a menu where you can select various filter criteria such as Destination, Start date, Creation date, End date, and Risk assessment.
In addition to these options, you can also apply filters based on specific Risk Dimensions, including PE Risk, Social Security Risk, PWD Risk, and more. Once you've chosen a filter, a subtab will appear, allowing you to select the desired filter value. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to refine your report results further.
Do not forget to press on the Apply button once you are done choosing your filters.
2. Filtering and downloading the people overview report
The people overview report provides a comprehensive list of all invited, active, and inactive employees and HR-Admins. This is essential for maintaining up-to-date records of your organization's human resources.
How to filter:
Go to the "Employee management" section in the menu.

Alternatively, you can use the manual filter option for a more customized view. Simply click on the filter icon, select your desired criteria, and then click on Apply:
How to download:
Go to the "Employee management" section in the menu.
Click on the "Export" button located in the right corner to generate the csv file.
The file will be saved to your download folder based on your browser settings.

Ensure you check your browser's download settings if you face any issues locating the downloaded files.
Customize the downloaded csv files using filters and pivot tables to analyze the data according to your needs.
