Your workation request might need approval from your manager and your HR department. Follow these steps to see the status of your workation request:
Sign In
Log in to your employee portal using your credentials.Click on
Request
Navigate to theRequests
section and click on the specific request you want to check.View Status
The status of your request will be displayed on the bottom below "Approvals".
What to do if your request is still outstanding
If your request status is still pending, take the following steps:
Manager Approval Pending:
If your request requires manager approval and it hasn’t been granted yet, please reach out to your manager for an update.HR Department Reminder:
If your request is with the HR department and hasn’t been processed, consider reaching out to them to remind them of your request.
By following these steps, you can stay informed about the status of your workation request and take any necessary actions to ensure it gets approved in a timely manner.
Please note that there is no need for you to constantly check the status on the WorkFlex platform. When an approver approves your request you will be informed via e-mail to always stay uptodate!
