To be fully compliant during remote work from abroad and business trips, some documents must be issued before the trip starts. Social security certificates and local registrations are key for any trip. To allow the WorkFlex team to apply for A1s, Certificates of Coverage and Posted Worker registrations on behalf of your organisation in Poland the following steps must be undertaken:
1. Provide the ZUS PEL form
The ZUS PEL form (Power of Attorney) is essential for representing an individual or organization in dealings with ZUS. To access and provide this form:
Log in to the ZUS Platform.
Navigate to the Working Documents section, where you can locate the ZUS PEL form.
Download and complete the form as required for your application.
Fill out the PoA in Polish to ensure it is accepted by ZUS
2. Our data for the POA
When filling out the POA, use the following information for our representative:
First Name: Pieter
Surname: Manden
Date of Birth: 13/03/1986
Type of Identity Document: Passport
Identity Document Number: NR14OPD49
3. Set the validity date for the POA
It's important to specify a validity date for the POA. If a date is not set, the POA will remain valid indefinitely until you revoke it. To avoid complications or outdated permissions, you can set a reasonable date for the POA to expire, depending on your needs.
If no date is specified, ZUS will assume the POA remains in effect until formally revoked.
4. For multiple representation: Use PEL-Z and PEL Forms
If you are representing multiple individuals or entities, in addition to the ZUS PEL form, you must also complete the PEL-Z form. The PEL-Z allows for multi-representation and should be filled out alongside the PEL form to ensure full authorization in all relevant cases.
5. Inform WorkFlex about the registration
Once followed all the steps please inform your dedicated Customer Success Manager as well as [email protected] about the submitted application.
