These automated reminders help both employees and administrators stay on top of approval processes and necessary actions. Reminder emails for workation
For workations, we send two types of reminder emails to keep things on track:
Approval reminder for manager or HR admin (24 hours and 72 hours after trip submission)
If an employee has submitted a workation request and it has not yet been approved, an automatic reminder will be sent to the relevant manager or HR admin. This reminder is sent 24 hours and 72 hours after the trip submission and serves to alert the approver to review and approve the request.The email will look like this:
Approval reminder for manager or HR admin (3 days prior to the start date)
Another reminder is sent three days before the start date of the workation. This email serves as a final notification to ensure that the approval process is completed in time for the employee to start their workation without any delays.The email will look like this:

Reminder emails for business trips
For business trips, there are two primary scenarios where reminder emails are triggered:
Profile information not completed after booking a trip via booking tool
If a user books a business trip via the booking tool but has not yet completed their profile information, an automatic reminder will be sent to notify them to provide the necessary details. Completing the profile is essential to ensure that the trip is properly documented and that the employee can access all necessary features related to their trip.

Additional questions for PWD
After booking a trip, some users may need to answer additional questions in order for us to submit the PWD notification for their trip. If this step has not been completed, a reminder email will be sent to prompt the user to provide the necessary information.The email will look like this:
