What is the mobile web version?

The mobile web version of WorkFlex is not a mobile app, but rather a version of the desktop web interface that has been adapted to fit mobile screens. This allows you to access the important functionalities of WorkFlex from your smartphone or tablet, with an interface designed to provide an optimized user experience on smaller devices.

Key features available on mobile web

1. Login/logout flow

  • Login: To log in, simply enter your credentials (the same ones you use for the desktop version) in the mobile web login page. Once logged in, you’ll have full access to all the features available.

  • Forgot password: If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the Forgot password? Button and follow the password reset steps on the mobile web, just like you would on the desktop.

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA): If your organization has enabled 2FA, you can complete this step when logging in from the mobile web for added security.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO): For companies using SSO, you can log in with the same credentials via the mobile web.

  • Logout: To log out of your account, go to the Settings menu, then select Log out to securely end your session.

2. Submit new workation or business trip request

You can easily submit new workation or business trip requests directly from your mobile device. The process is intuitive, and you’ll encounter the same dynamic questions and fields as on the desktop version.

  • To begin, click on New trip.

  • Choose whether you are submitting a Workation or Business travel.

  • Select your destination and specify the duration of your trip.

  • Follow the same submission workflow as on desktop, entering any necessary details and uploading required documents if needed.

3. View submitted workation and business trip requests

You can view a list of all your previously submitted workations and business trips right from the mobile web. This will allow you to keep track of your trips and their statuses, even when you’re on the go.

4. View request details

Click on any submitted request to view detailed information about that trip. In the Trip Details view, you can:

  • View request details and add a comment related to the request, keeping communication with your approver clear.

  • Switch to the Documents tab to download any trip-related documents. We recommend downloading these documents for easy reference and to have offline access to it specially in poor-internet connection areas.

  • View the Balance tab to view your remaining balance for the current, past, and next year. The balance will be divided into three categories: approved, used, and remaining.

5. Company policy page

To review your company's policies, navigate to the Settings menu and click on Policy overview.

Here, you’ll find detailed information about your company’s policies, ensuring you’re always informed about the guidelines.

6. Change language

You can easily change the language of the platform between English and German. To do so:

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. Click on the current language

  3. Choose your preferred language.

  4. Click Done to save your language preference.

7. Contact Support or check the help center

If you need assistance, you can quickly reach out to our Customer Support or access the Help Center:

  • Simply click on the small pink chat button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  • You can use the chat function to contact support directly or search for relevant Help Center articles to find answers to your questions.

8. Approve Requests - Manager

As a manager, you can approve, reject, and add comments directly from the WorkFlex mobile web. Simply click on the approval link, which will redirect you to the page shown below:
