For whom is this template? 

This template is for employers that would like to use our tool to assess the business trips compliance when sending their employees abroad. Employees that are working abroad may trigger various business and compliance risks. This template may help employers to ensure compliance of their business trips concerning different crucial aspects, whilst managing and mitigating the risks in the best way possible.

How to use this template? 

There are two ways to use this template. Firstly, it can be added to a company policy already in place. In this case, the present template applies in addition to the employers’ business trip company policy. This is going to be the Template primary function.

However, secondly, this template might also be used as a standalone template for employers to define the usage of WorkFlex for business trips. By filling out and/or adjusting the paragraphs below, employers can use this template to create their customized business trip instructions.
