If you need direct assistance, our support team is just a message away. You can open the chat window from anywhere within the WorkFlex platform. Simply click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and start typing your question.

Browse the Help Centre
The WorkFlex Help Centre is packed with useful articles, FAQs and step-by-step instructions. To open it from the platform:
Click on your name on the bottom-left corner
Select Help Center from the menu
You’ll be taken straight to the article library, where you can search by topic or keyword.
