Step 1: WorkFlex generates a unique email address
WorkFlex will create a dedicated email address for your company to receive booking confirmations. For example: [email protected]
This email address is exclusively for receiving booking confirmation emails from your travel booking provider.
Step 2: Add the email address to your booking tool
To ensure automatic transfer of booking confirmations, simply add the WorkFlex-generated email address to the CC field within your travel booking tool settings.
Tip: You might need to contact your travel provider’s support team or use the admin panel to set this up.
Step 3: Testing period (approx. 5 business days)
After the setup, WorkFlex will start monitoring incoming booking confirmations to check for compatibility and data accuracy.
We recommend running a few test bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) to make sure everything works as expected.
Step 4: Go live!
Once testing is complete and everything checks out, your integration will be live!
From now on, WorkFlex will automatically process bookings and display them on the platform—no manual work required!
