To be fully compliant during remote work from abroad and business trips, some documents must be issued before the trip starts. Social security certificates and local registrations are key for any trip. To allow the WorkFlex team to apply for A1s, Certificates of Coverage and Posted Worker registrations on behalf of your organisation in Germany the following steps must be undertaken:
1. Sign Power of Attorney documents
Please sign the Power of Attorney (PoA) document provided below and send it to your dedicated Customer Success manager and [email protected] via email.
In case you are using various entities, please sign one PoA for each entity.
2. Give mandate to WorkFlex on SV Meldeportal
In order to be able to request A1 certificates for you, we will also need a mandate for the SV Meldeportal. There are two ways how you can offer a mandate:
a) With your own SV Meldeportal:
By offering the mandate yourself with your own SV Meldeportal account. Please find a more detailed guide for this here:
b) In case you do not have access to the SV Meldeportal, don't worry!
We will request a mandate for you. You will receive an activation code via post to your HQ address that we will need to activate the mandate. Please make sure you share this code with us, once you have received it
If WorkFlex is only to do the PWD notifications
Should you only want WorkFlex to do the necessary PWD notifications please take this template. The step with the SV Meldeportal is not necessary herefore:
