Applying for A1/Certificate of Coverage (CoC) in the USA is done through the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA).
Processing can take 90+ days, so it’s important to provide the POA as early as possible. The main challenge is that WorkFlex can only submit applications once your company provides a Power of Attorney (POA).

Submit application through WorkFlex
Once the POA is received, WorkFlex submits the application to the SSA on your behalf.
