Applying for A1 certificates in Lithuania is done via post sent to the Lithuanian social security agency (SODRA).
Processing times are usually around 1 month, though it may take longer depending on the case. The key challenge is that WorkFlex must attain several documents from the employee and the employer.
✅ What you need to do
1. Sign a Power of Attorney (POA) and an employer questionnaire

2. Have the employee upload their documents on the document center
The employee should upload their employment contract, and a photocopy of their passport.

The employer receives the A1 certificate. Upon recipient, the certificate should be sent directly to the email social.security@getworkflex.
