How It Works
The Vendor Portal is designed to make reaching out to experts as simple as possible. When you select a vendor, WorkFlex automatically generates a pre-filled email. The vendor's contact address is automatically populated, and the WorkFlex Vendor Portal inbox is added to the CC field, ensuring a smooth and transparent communication process.
Steps to Connect with a Vendor
Log in to your WorkFlex platform.
Navigate to the Vendor Portal section from your main dashboard.
Browse or search the list of 42 vetted vendors by service category (e.g., immigration, tax, or relocation).
Select the vendor you wish to connect with.
Click the connect button to trigger the email pop-up.
Review the pre-filled email, add any necessary details regarding your request, and click Send.
In Brief
Once you send the email, your inquiry is sent directly to the vendor, with the WorkFlex Vendor Portal team copied on the message. This ensures your request is tracked and that you receive the best support possible.
