WorkFlex offers various products. The following information relates to the business travel and workation products, although of course it only applies where the product has been booked by the company.
Business travels
Of course you can continue to travel to all countries that require a visit on your part. As business travels are usually a must and not optional we will do whatever it takes to make your trip and your stay in the country as compliant as possible by providing you with the necessary documents or showing you ways to minimize any compliance risk.
For the business travel policy please make sure to check the company policy as well as your employment contract (and any addendum it may contain) or contact your HR department in case of any open questions.
Workations
Your company offers workations and you are totally happy about it - but you ask yourself where you can go and how long you may stay?
This depends on your employer's company policy. It contains all details, guidelines and rules you need to know to travel safely, for you and your company. You can find the company policy in your WorkFlex account under the "Company policy" tab.
The company policy clearly defines how long you may work from abroad and which countries you may travel to.
It is important that you carefully read and afterwards accept the company policy. You can download it as well if you like to.
Additionally your employer supports you with some employee instructions to help you traveling and behaving compliantly abroad. Please make sure to read the instructions carefully and act according them to avoid any compliance risks for your or your employer.
