Sometimes business travels or workations can end earlier than planned. Here are some reasons for this and how the WorkFlex process will look like:
Unexpected business commitments
Sudden business commitments or urgencies can cause a business trip or workation to end early.
Personal emergencies
Unforeseen personal emergencies or family obligations may require the traveler to return quickly.
Health reasons
Sudden illness or health problems of both the traveler and their dependents may necessitate an early return. You can read here what you need to do if you fall ill abroad.
In general you can always return to your country of employment without any compliance risks.
In the event of unexpected changes such as a trip to another country or an extension of the trip, please edit or reschedule your trip immediately.
If you have been on a business travel, just return - no further amendments have to be done.
