Inviting Employees with Integration Setup
If you have integrated your WorkFlex account with systems like Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, or Workday, the invitation process is seamless and automated. Here's how it works:

Automatic Invitations:
Once activated, all active employees and any newly added employees in your integrated system will be automatically invited to join the WorkFlex platform.
This ensures that all relevant employees have access to WorkFlex without requiring manual invitations.
Inviting Employees Without Integration
If you do not have an integration set up, you can manually invite employees to the WorkFlex platform. Here are the steps:
Accessing People Overview:
Log in to your WorkFlex account and navigate to the "People Overview" section.
Inviting Employees Manually:
In the "People Overview" section, click on the "Invite Employee" button.
Three Methods to Invite Employees
Without integration, you have three different methods to invite employees:
Bulk Upload via CSV:
Prepare a CSV file with the details of the employees you wish to invite. A template for this CSV file can be found within the WorkFlex tool.
Upload the CSV file in the "Invite Employee" section.
The system will process the file and send invitations to all listed employees.
2. Domain Setup for Automatic Access:
Set up a domain in the WorkFlex settings.
Grant access to all people with email addresses from that domain.
Share the Workflex Link with your employees, they will now be able to create their profile.
3. Individual Invitations:
In the "Invite Employee" section, manually enter the details of each employee you wish to invite.
Send the invitation. The employee will receive an email with instructions to join the WorkFlex platform.
