It is not possible to use one A1 certificate for trips to different countries.

For your international business travels, securing an A1 certificate within the EU, or a Certificate of Coverage (CoC) outside the EU, is a non-negotiable requirement. These certificates are essential and must be obtained for each country you plan to visit.

Should your travel management system be integrated with WorkFlex, you're in luck. WorkFlex is designed to automatically identify your international travels per country and accordingly request the A1/CoC certificate for every destination country. This seamless process ensures you're always prepared, without the need for manual intervention.

In scenarios where your travel management system isn't linked to WorkFlex, or if your company lacks such a system altogether you will need to submit an individual request for each country on your itinerary through WorkFlex. This allows WorkFlex to procure the necessary A1/CoC certificates for each of your destinations.
