Adding comments
This feature ensures seamless communication and simplifies the trip management process for both HR and employees, and is applicable for workations as well as business trips.
Employees: You can add comments on a trip request, and HR will be notified, improving communication between the two parties.
HR Email notification:
HR admins also have the ability to add comments on a trip request for the employee.
For workation:
For business trip:
Do not forget to click on Save comment after typing in your desired message.
