What is the manager overview on the WorkFlex platform?

In addition to the approval emails that managers typically receive to approve employee requests, WorkFlex now offers a comprehensive Manager overview on the platform. This feature is designed to make the approval process even easier and more efficient. The manager overview is available for all managers who are part of an approval workflow, giving them a clear and organised view of all requests in one place.

View and Filter Employee Requests in the Manager overview

The Manager overview provides an easy-to-read list of all requests that a manager has received from their employees. The overview shows key details of each request, such as the employee’s name, origin country, destination country, and the overall status of the request. To make it even easier to manage, requests can be filtered using quick filters or more advanced filters, all of which are conveniently accessible in the user interface.

Easily Approve or Reject Requests from the Request Details Pop-Up

Clicking on a specific request within the overview will open a pop-up window displaying the full request details. From here, the manager can approve or reject the request with a single click. The manager has two options for processing the request: either by clicking on the approval email they received for that request, or directly within the request details in the Manager overview. This dual method ensures that managing employee requests is as straightforward as possible, no matter the manager’s preferred workflow.

Please note that managers will still have the option to approve requests by clicking on the approval email. Therefore, creating a WorkFlex profile is not mandatory. However, if they wish to use the Manager overview, creating a profile is necessary.
