At WorkFlex, we offer a range of integration options to streamline the business travel process, ensuring that all your travel bookings, updates, and changes are seamlessly managed. Below, you'll find an overview of how external sources send business trips to WorkFlex and which types of bookings and updates are supported through different methods.

Key integration methods supported

  1. Open API:

    • Round-trip and one-way flight bookings are fully supported through our Open API, making it easy to book trips from A to B, and back from B to A.

    • Multi-stop trips and Train + Flight are also supported, offering flexibility in planning complex itineraries.

    • Hotel + Car bookings and Group bookings can be easily processed with our Open API integration.

  2. Egencia:

    • Egencia offers support for round-trip flights, one-way flights, multi-stop trips, and group bookings.

    • Hotel bookings are supported.

    • Trip cancellations are fully supported, allowing the entire trip (flights, hotels, etc.) to be cancelled through Egencia.

  3. TravelPerk:

    • TravelPerk integrates well for round-trip and one-way flights, but it does not support multi-stop trips or hotel bookings.

    • Partial cancellations are not supported, and travel date changes cannot be processed.

  4. Email CC:

    • You can use the Email CC feature to manage a variety of bookings, including group bookings, hotel bookings, and round-trip flights.

    • Train bookings are also supported via email. However, multi-stop trips and car rentals cannot be booked using email CC integration.
