How to integrate Perk with WorkFlex?

Perk is a comprehensive business travel management platform that streamlines the booking and management of corporate trips. The integration between Perk and WorkFlex enables automatic transfer of trip data, allowing WorkFlex to assess compliance risks and implement necessary measures, including the generation of required documents. This seamless connection ensures that all business travel arrangements adhere to global compliance standards.

To integrate WorkFlex with Perk, a Pro or Premium TK account in Perk is required as well as a Perk Admin user and a WorkFlex HR Admin user.

How to enable the WorkFlex integration πŸ”—

Admins can enable the WorkFlex integration by following these steps starting in Perk, log in with your admin user and then:

  1. Go to Account Settings in Perk.

  2. Select Integrations

  3. Find the WorkFlex integration and click Set up.

  4. Click Enable

  5. If not logged into WorkFlex already, you will be prompted to log into your WorkFlex Account

  6. You should be forwarded to the Perk integration setup page:

    If not, please go to Company Settings -> Integrations:

  7. Click on Travel tools and then click on Connect

  8. After being redirected back to Perk, click Authorize app.

The integration between WorkFlex and Perk is now successfully set up and trips will start appearing in WorkFlex requests overview:

How to disable the WorkFlex integration ⛓️‍πŸ’₯

Admins can disable the Perk integration from WorkFlex following these steps in WorkFlex:

  1. Go to Company Settings

  2. Go to Integrations

  3. Click on Travel tools

  4. Click Disconnect on the Travel Perk Card.

Admins can disable the WorkFlex integration from Perk by following these steps in Perk:

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Select Integrations

  3. Find the WorkFlex integration and click Manage

  4. Click Disable

Please note that the current version of the Perk Integrations DOES NOT include trip detection for hotel bookings.
