What do the compliance statuses (Attention, Handled by WorkFlex and Completed) in a business travel process mean?

After you have submitted a business travel request (or it has been automatically created because you booked it via your internal travel management system) the WorkFlex engine will start it's magic.

Your travel requests are listed on the "My Requests" overview, in the "Business trips" section.

The WorkFlex engine will mark them according to the following statuses:

Pending

Meaning that additional information or employee profile data is required to apply for the needed compliance documents. (mostly travel tool requests)

In progress

Meaning the compliance summary is being prepared, therefore the status is in progress. Once this is finished, the status will automatically change to completed.

Attention

Meaning that this request requires additional attention from the admin or the employee. To be covered by the WorkFlex no-risk liability coverage, certain actions must be fulfilled by the company. Please refer to the compliance summary for more information.

ESTA Required / ETIAS Required / ETA required / NZeTA required / KETA required

Indicates that travel authorization is required, and the necessary type will be shown. If you have booked the visa services via WorkFlex, we will take care for you. In case you need support with the visas, feel free to reach out to the WorkFlex team via the chat function.

Completed

Meaning the WorkFlex team is processing documents or all necessary documents have been completed, with no further action required from the HR or employee.

Cancelled

The business trip request has been cancelled.

Should you have any further questions regarding your request status or the compliance summary in particular, please reach out to the WorkFlex Support team via the support chat button.
