Applying for A1 certificates in Italy is done via granting our local partner access to your social security portal on INPS. Our local partner requests access over INPS by obtaining your company’s codice fiscale and name.
Processing times are typically around 1 month, though it may vary depending on the complexity of the case. The main challenge is that WorkFlex must collect comprehensive information from the client, and any missing detail will halt the process.
✅ What you need to do
1. Sign a Power of Attorney (POA) for both WorkFlex and our local partner
We will provide you with a POA template. Please sign it and return it to us.
2. Have the employee upload their documents to the document center
The employee should upload their ID card (or residence permit if a 3rd-country national), and health insurance card.
