This article is relevant when the country where the employee pays social security (home/payroll country) is France.

Applying for A1 certificates in France is not done through URSSAF directly.

It is done through the national employer portal:
πŸ‘‰ Net-Entreprises.fr

WorkFlex can only submit A1 applications once your company formally authorizes us as an administrator on your Net-Entreprises space.

Good news: this takes 2 minutes once you know where to click.

βœ… What you need to do

1) Sign a Power of Attorney (POA)

We will provide you with a POA template. Please sign and return it to us.

2) Provide us with your SIRET number

We will use your SIRET to request access to your company space on Net-Entreprises.

πŸš€ What WorkFlex will do

Using your SIRET and the POA, WorkFlex will request a mandate on Net-Entreprises.fr to become an administrator for your company.

This will automatically trigger an email to your company.

πŸ“© The email you will receive

You will receive an email with the subject:

"Demande d’activation d’une nouvelle inscription sur net-entreprises.fr"

This email is very important β€” it is the step that allows you to authorize WorkFlex.

πŸ–±οΈ What you need to click (2 minutes)

  1. Log in to your Net-Entreprises account

  2. Go to:

Votre espace entreprise β†’ Demande en attente

  1. Click on:

Activer les administrateurs en attente d’activation

(see screenshot below)

  1. You will see WorkFlex International listed as a pending administrator

  2. Click Activate / Valider

🎯 What this allows WorkFlex to do (and only this)

This authorization allows WorkFlex to:

  • Apply for A1 certificates

  • Follow up on A1 status

  • Download issued certificates

WorkFlex cannot access payroll data, DSN filings, or any other declarations.

The access is strictly limited to A1/social security mobility processes.

πŸ’‘ Why this is required in France

French authorities require that A1 applications be submitted either by:

  • The employer directly, or

  • A formally registered administrator on Net-Entreprises

There is no alternative channel.

This is why this small activation step is mandatory before WorkFlex can support you.

Once activated, you never need to do this again.
All future A1 requests for France will be fully handled by WorkFlex.
