Visa-related questions: contact us by email only

If you have a question related to a visa, the only way to receive support is by contacting us via email. Please write directly to:

This ensures your request reaches the right team and can be handled as quickly as possible.
Once you contact us, our team will reply by email and follow up with you until your visa-related process/question is resolved.

For visa-related questions, please do not use:

  • Comments in the WorkFlex platform

  • Any communication method other than email

Messages sent through other channels may be delayed or not processed.

How to share visa documents securely

Please upload the required documents directly to the Documents Center on our platform. Alternatively, you may use our Secure Upload Link to send them to us via email. This link is fully encrypted to ensure your data remains protected, allowing you to upload files safely and share them with us without sending attachments.

How it works:

  • Upload your document securely

  • You receive a link to share with us

  • Confirm your email address to complete the process

Questions not related to visas

If your question is related to anything other than visas, such as:

  • Posted worker permits or notifications

  • Medical certificates to travel

  • Platform usage or general support
