To be fully compliant during remote work from abroad and business trips, some documents must be issued before the trip starts. Social security certificates and local registrations are key for any trip. To allow the WorkFlex team to Certificates of Coverage on behalf of your organisation in Canada the following steps must be undertaken:

1. Sign and submit the Power of Attorney (PoA) document

To authorize WorkFlex to act on your behalf when dealing with Canada authorities, you must first sign a Power of Attorney (PoA) document.

2. Fill out and submit form CPT139:

This form allows WorkFlex to deal directly with CRA on your behalf regarding Canadian social security certificates. You only need to fill out your company's details. WorkFlexโ€™s details are prefilled in the form

To Complete the CPT139 form: Fill out the form electronically or by hand.

3. Send the signed documents to Canada Revenue Agency via post: Once signed, these documents must be sent to Canada Revenue Agency.

4. Send all signed documents to WorkFlex: Send the signed PoA and form CPT139 to your dedicated Customer Success Manager.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Once these steps are complete, WorkFlex will handle the Certificate of Coverage application process fully on your behalf.
