Applying for A1 certificates in Poland is done online sent to the Polish social security agency (ZUS).
Processing times are usually around 2-8 weeks, though it may take longer depending on the case. The key challenge is that WorkFlex must first be authorized to apply from both the employer, and the varying processing times.

1. Authorize WorkFlex to apply for A1s on your behalf
We will provide you with a detailed guideline on how to authorize us on e-ZUS. Please follow the steps and we will be able to apply on your behalf.
2. In cases of non-EU nationals
WorkFlex will request additional details regarding the employee’s residency history and status.
The residence card should be uploaded to the document center.
