Processing time can take up to 90 days; the key challenge is that follow up on applications is only possible through post.

Sign a Power of Attorney (POA)
We will provide you with a POA template. Please sign and return it to us.
2. Fill out and submit form CPT139
We will provide you with a template for form CPT139, please sign and return it to us, then send it to CRA via post.
3. We may request additional information directly from the employee
The employee should respond with the additional information once they receive our emails, otherwise we will not be able to process the application
