Trip purpose is auto-filled on submission — travellers don't have to do it manually
If the trip purpose doesn't require additional compliance questions, travellers won't be prompted to log in to the platform at all
Your CSM can work with you to configure the trip purpose mapping.
Hotel bookings via CC integration
Hotel bookings can now be created through the CC integration. This can be enabled for your account — reach out to your CSM if you'd like to turn it on.
Automatic transit country detection
Transit countries are now detected automatically from booking data and factored into compliance checks. No manual input needed.
Improved accuracy overall
The underlying processing has been substantially rebuilt. Booking emails and attachments are now parsed more reliably, which means fewer errors, fewer trips with missing or incorrect details, and less back-and-forth to fix them.
