In order to create the risk assessment and/or compliance summary for upcoming trips, WorkFlex requires the employee's specified profile data together with the trip data.
It is therefore crucial that the profile data is always up to date. Employees have the ability to correct their profile data themselves at any time to ensure accurate information is available for risk assessment.
By maintaining up-to-date profile data, employees can ensure that compliance management runs smoothly and potential risks are proactively minimized.
Where can I update my profile?
Log in to the plattform > Click on "My profile" > click on "Edit" on the section you need to edit.
If the employee data is transferred via an HRIS integration such as Personio, Workday, SAP Success Factors, Hibob or similar, please make sure that you only update your data there. The integration automatically transfers the changes to the WorkFlex platform every three hours. If you have any questions, please always contact your HR admins first.
