๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ Authorizing WorkFlex for A1 Applications in Slovenia

This article is only relevant when the country in which the employee pays their social security contributions (home country/payroll country) is Slovenia.

Applying for A1 certificates in Slovenia is done via allowing our local partner to access to your companyโ€™s account on SPOT. You authorize us and our local partner to access your SPOT account through an electronic process so we can process your A1 applications.

Processing times are typically around 1 week, though it may vary depending on the complexity of the case. The main challenge is that WorkFlex must collect comprehensive information from the client, and any missing detail will halt the process.

โœ… What you need to do

1. Sign a Power of Attorney and both for WorkFlex and our local partner

  • We will provide you with a POA template. Please sign it and return it to us.

2. Authorize our local provider on SPOT to apply for A1 certificates on your behalf

  • Follow the instructions that we will provide to you in order to authorize our local provider on SPOT.

3. Have the employee upload their documents on the document center

  • The employee should upload his employment contract with the employer as well as any relevant service contract with the destination company

โš ๏ธ Key points to bear in mind

  • A POA is always required.

  • Additional operational and personnel details are required within the application form.

  • WorkFlex will not guarantee its regular SLA when fulfilling A1 applications for Slovenia as our local provider may not be able to fulfil such a timeframe.

  • WorkFlex will only apply for A1 certificates on demand for Slovenia, so we will only apply for the cases where the client specifically requests from us to do so.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Once these steps are complete, WorkFlex will fully manage the A1 application process on your behalf.
