Applying for A1 certificates in Slovenia is done via the online portal SPOT. You authorize us to access your SPOT account through an electronic process so we can process your A1 applications.
Processing times are typically around 1 week, though it may vary depending on the complexity of the case. The main challenge is that WorkFlex must collect comprehensive information from the client, and any missing detail will halt the process.
✅ What you need to do
1. Sign a Power of Attorney for WorkFlex
We will provide you with a POA template. Please sign it and return it to us.
2. Authorize on SPOT to apply for A1 certificates on your behalf
Follow the instructions that we will provide to you in order to authorize our local provider on SPOT.
3. Have the employee upload their documents on the document center
The employee should upload his employment contract with the employer as well as any relevant service contract with the destination company
