What to do if a trip is extended unplanned, goes to another country or is canceled.

In general the process depends on the status of your request: if the risk assessment or compliance summary have not yet been carried out, you can still change the data via "edit request".

For business travels it would look like this:

The availability of these options may vary based on the approval process. For instance, if a risk assessment or a compliance summary is already uploaded, making edits to the trip might necessitate initiating a new request. No need to worry – every step will be clearly outlined in a pop-up window, complete with all the necessary information and guidance. for changes and cancellations, there is no synchronisation with

WorkFlex and the travel management systems.

If your company has integrated their travel management system and your trips are beeing transferred automatically, please change or cancel your trip first in the travel management system and then edit or cancel the request on the WorkFlex platform manually.
