All documents provided to you via WorkFlex for your trip can be carried in digital form. Please make sure that you download them to a device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) before you start your trip so that you are not dependent on the internet in any control situations.

Who can access the documents?
The documents are available for you as the traveler, but as well both your assistant (in case an assistant is going to book the trips for you) and all HR admins.
As an employee, you will also receive (some of) the documents proactively by email.
💡WorkFlex tip
We recommend that you download all documents from the platform to your preferred device before you start your trip. Sometimes internet is not perfectly good in certain countries and locations and the documents should be available whenever you may face questions from authorities.
